Return & Exchange Policy
We take great pride in ensuring our products are of great quality and condition. You may contact our Customer Service Department within 3 business days in the following cases:
You have received a defective product
There is an error in the product you received based on your order placed
We will deliver and exchange the items at our own cost, provided it is returned in their original condition and unused, however all defective product(s) are subject to inspection.
Return / exchange will not be accepted other than those stated above.
Delivery
Delivery is provided within Malaysia ONLY. We deliver to homes and offices but not P.O.Box address. We deliver your order via our delivery team or through CITY-LINK EXPRESS (M) SDN BHD.
Our delivery team will dispatch products to you within 7 business days following the day upon acceptance of your order
The standard delivery schedule shall be as below:
Deliveries on business days from 8:00 am ~ 10:00 pm (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays)
All products will be charged a Delivery Surcharged as shown on the product pages.
If you have not received your delivery within 10 business days, you may email our Customer Service Department.
