Directions

1. Take an appropriate amount onto your hand and gently apply over wet skin.
2. Apply to your arms and legs, working upwards from the wrists and ankles. Use circular motions to apply onto your chest, stomach and hips. Rub well on rough areas.
3. Add an appropriate amount of product onto your hand again and massage onto areas with noticeable concerns such as stiffness.
4. Rinse off thoroughly.
5. Can be used after body wash, or also as body wash.
6. Can also be used on concerned areas such as elbows, knees, and heels, for special care.
7. Apply without wetting your skin. Massage carefully and rinse off thoroughly.
8. Be careful not to rub strongly.
